Weekly inspections

Check operation of washer / dryer
Check smoke detector batteries
Check phone operation
Check all pilot lights
Check internet / wireless operation
Check H.V.A.C. systems
Check television / AV operation
Run dishwasher through cycle
Check for blown light bulbs
Check circuit breaker panel
Verify operation of garage heater(s)
Check fireplace flues
Verify operation of gas grill / propane level
Check firewood supply
Start vehicles and allow to idle
Check crawl space for leaks
Check roof / decks for snow-loading
Check hot water heater settings
Check drive for snow plowing
Cold temperature management
Verify landscape maintenance
Flush all toilets
Verify waste removal
Provide bill payment services (if requested)
Check for mice
Open Premises prior to Homeowner arrival
Respond to alarm calls during business hours
Coordinate sub-contractors and suppliers
Receive and deliver packages

(not included in base fee)
Hot Tub Service ($125 per month) Certified Pool and Spa Operator will check the PH, temperature and components of the tub Based on usage, drain, refill, and cleaning required 2-4 times annually.
Vehicle Shuttle ($75 per shuttle) Airport pick-up or drop-off of vehicle
After hours: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Any additional action required by an alarm call may be billed at $60 per hour.
Additional services include but are not limited to the following: Oversight of construction and remodeling projects Work normally performed by a sub-contractor oversight of cleaning and maintenance of vehicles Personal services not related to the physical property
