As the founder and president of Sequoia Development, James is responsible for managing, growing and setting the strategic direction of Sequoia Development. This entrepreneurial structure allows James to actively manage all client assignments and investments. His specialties include:
• Brokerage / Consulting Services. James has performed every type of commercial real estate transaction including office and retail leasing, dispositions and acquisitions.
• Owner Representation. James has personally managed development projects from inception through design and construction management valued at over $1 billion from hi-rises to industrial expansions.
• Incentives. James has a comprehensive understanding of complex financing structures including TIF, tax credits and other governmental incentives and the ability to properly implement these programs for developers and tenants.
James’s client have found that his project management expertise provides a perspective that results in better transactions with well designed, more efficient space that meets their long term needs.
James lives in Jackson Hole with his wife, a son and two daughters. He is an avid cyclist, skier and hunter.
